Resolution No. 06-119. ouncilmember Burg requested clarification on the license verification fee. tirector of Community Development Grant Femelius responded that the City regularly verifies contractors' licenses. Councilmember Burg also questioned the rental fee received for the fire arm range. Director Jacobson stated that the range is rented out to other law enforcement agencies. Motion by Councilmember Burg, seconded by Councilmember Hoffman to waive the reading and adopt the resolution approving the 2007 fee register. 5 Ayes - 0 Nays, Motion Carried 5. ICcting City Manager, Jeanna Troha stated the resolution will be amended to reflect the uncil's earlier discussion to forfeit the performance pay with the addition vacation days. Assistant Director of Community Development David Black reported that the City has had an interest in acquiring property in the Northwest Quadrant. Mr. Black indicated that the ity has presented many offers to the property owners over a period of four years. ouncilmember Doffing stated that in the time she has served on the Council there have een many items relating to the condemnation of buildings, particularly in the Northwest uadrant.
