The system consists of all street lighting facilities <br />by the city and all street lighting facilities for which the city purchases and supplies electrical <br />Rates and Collection of Fees. <br />(1) Rtes. The street lighting charges imposed by this Chapter will be based on land use. The City <br />Coil will establish a flat rate for single and two-family residential properties and a flat rate for all <br />other property categories within the City's billing system. Unimproved and vacant land will not be <br />bill4l for street lighting under this Chapter. <br />(2) Gplculation of Rates. The City Council will adopt a Resolution establishing the rate of the <br />servige charge for each property category. <br />(3) fWection of Fees. Street lighting charges will be placed directly on the quarterly utility bill for <br />each' roperty. <br />
