0 <br />PLANNING REPORT <br />DATE: August 12, 2008 <br />CASE: SP2008-015 <br />SUBJECT: Special Use Permit to Permit Construction of a Garage in Excess of 624 <br />Square Feet <br />APPLICANT: First Landmark Builders on behalf of Amy Causey <br />REQUEST & BACKGROUND <br />The applicant is requesting consideration of a Special Use Permit to allow construction of a new <br />detached garage in excess of 624 SF at 2871 14" Street NW. The property currently contains a <br />20' x 26' detached garage at a side yard setback less than the required 5'.
