',..I! <br /> <br />'t. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02-101 <br /> <br />City of New Brighton <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2003 BUDGETS AND PROPERTY TAX <br />LEVY <br /> <br />Whereas, the 2003 - 2005 Strategic Plan has been completed; and <br /> <br />Whereas, key issues and financial strategies for municipal service levels and <br />activities have been established and incorporated into the 2003 - 2005 Strategic <br />Plan; and <br /> <br />Whereas, the 2003 Budget allocates resources and anticipates financing sources <br />necessary to implement the first year of the 2003 - 2005 Strategic Plan; and <br /> <br />Whereas, the 2003 Property Tax Levy is a significant financing source anticipated <br />in the 2003 Budget. <br /> <br />Now, therefore be it resolved that: <br /> <br />1. The 2003 Budgets are approved as sununarized in Attachment A. <br /> <br />2.
