<br />II <br /> <br />RESOLUTION No. 02-097 <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND APPROVING OF PL 02-007. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an application for a Minor Subdivision has been made by the City of New Brighton, to split a <br />lot at 2540 220d Terrace NW; and Per Chapter 26 - Subdivisions of the New Brighton Ordinance, lot <br />splits resulting in two or less lots are required to have a public hearing in front of the City Council, <br />and <br /> <br />, WHEREAS, the procedmal history ofthe application is as follows: <br /> <br />1. An application for a minor subdivision was filed with the City of New Brighton on <br />November 1,2002; <br />2. Fifty-nine (59) letters were sent to the surroWlding property owners within 350 feet of the <br />subject properties notifying them of the proposed split and public hearing; <br />3. Notice of Public Hearing was published in the New Brighton Bulletin. <br />4. The City Council held a Public Hearing and considered the proposal at its November 26, <br />2002 meeting; and <br /> <br />Now THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council makes the following Findings of Fact in respect to <br />PL 02-007 <br /> <br />1. The subject site is zoned R-l, Single Family Residential. <br />2. The resulting lot split will add an additional residential lot in the City. <br />3. The resulting split will not create any non-conformities with the Zoning Code. <br />4. As specified in Section 26-31(5) of the New Brighton City Code, the City COWlcil held a <br />Public Hearing. <br />5. The legal description is as per attached Exhibits A and B. <br />6. The site is proposed to be divided into to two lots: the existing single family <br />dwelling at 2540 22nd Terrace NW will be 20,700 square feet and the northern 840 <br />feet will be 96,600 square feet; and, <br /> <br />.
