An overview of the Discovery Center was included in the <br />presentation. <br />Financial Impact: <br />None <br />Explanation: <br />Northwest Youth & Family Services of Minnesota is constructing the Discovery Center to <br />provide hands-on, experiential learning and physical activity; and Northwest Youth & Family <br />Services will utilize the Discovery Center to better meet the needs of its clients, and <br />The City of New Brighton supports and endorses the Northwest Youth and Family Services <br />Campaign to create the Discovery Center. <br />Dean R.
