The final council meeting of the <br />year will be December 0, where the final budget will be adopted <br />_Council Member Mary Burg — Economic Development Commission <br />Councilmember Burg reported the Economic Development Commission will meet December 2"�, <br />Council Member David Phillim - Plaiming Commission <br />Councilmember Phillips reported the Planning Commission will have a special meeting on December <br />2nd at 7:00 pm., holding a Public Hearing for the Palmer Drive project. Councilmember Phillips <br />reported he would like to look at the City's Zoning code in 2009. <br />Council Member Sharon Doffing - Public Safety Commission <br />Councilmernber Doffing reported the Public Safety meeting will be held Wednesday, December 31d. <br />November 13'h the van fire heroes were honored at a dinner held at the Northland Inn, by the <br />Minnesota Safety Awards. Silver Lake Flats as part of their mitigption plan has installed multiple <br />surveillance cameras. <br />Council Member Gina Bauman — Parks. Recreation, and Environmental Commission <br />Councilmember Bauman reported the Family Service Center will be open the day after Thanksgiving. <br />Many opportunities were reported, and residents were directed to the Park & Recreation brochure for <br />more details on various events.
