RESOLUTION NO. <br />08-109 <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />MAKING FINDING OF FACT AND APPROVAL OF A MINOR SUBDIVISION. <br />ER.EAS, an application has been made by Bob Smith of The Garage at 2350 Palmer <br />ive to permit the subdivision of the western 150' of the property, and <br />[LEAs, the procedural history of the application is as follows: <br />A public hearing notice was published in the September 3, 2008 edition of the New <br />Brighton Bulletin. <br />The Planning Commission held a public hearing on September 16, October 21, <br />November 18 and December 2, 2008, where all parties present were given the <br />opportunity to speak. <br />The City Council voted on December 9, 2008 to approve the request. <br />[LEAS, the Planning Commission and City Council makes the following Finds of Fact <br />1 regard to the Minor Subdivision (MS2008-003): <br />The property proposed for subdivision is located at 2350 Palmer Drive. <br />The property's parcel identification number is 19-30-23-43-0039. <br />The property consists of 74,604 s.f. or 1.71 acres. <br />The property is zoned B — 3, General Business. <br />The property is guided in the New Brighton Comprehensive Plan for Community <br />Business. <br />The existing property is legally described as follows: <br />Tract B, Registered Land Survey No. 237, <br />Files of Registrar of Titles, Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br />And <br />Lot 11, Block 1, ROBIN WOODS, according to the recorded plat thereof <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br />Subject to Palmer Drive, <br />Subject to easement of record, if any. <br />The proposed legal descriptions of the subdivided parcels are as follows: <br />Parcel A (Area = 20,250) Excluding Road: <br />The West 150.00 feet of <br />Tract B, Registered Land Survey No. 237, <br />Files of Registrar of Titles, Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br />Subject to Palmer Drive, <br />
