EXHIBIT F (cont'd) <br />necessary to the Grantor for purposes of use or reuse of the Licensed Premises. The Grantor will <br />use reasonable efforts not to interrupt or disturb Grantee's use in the course of conducting said <br />activities. <br />9.3 SURRENDER OF PROPERTY. At the expiration or termination of this License, <br />Grantee will surrender the Licensed Premises in an "as is" condition, but may remove therefrom <br />the billboard and all other related personal property and improvements. All such items not <br />removed will forfeit to and be deemed the exclusive property of Grantor. <br />9.4 LIENS. Grantee agrees not to suffer or allow any liens to be placed against the <br />Licensed Premises as a result of Grantee's activities during the term of this Agreement; including, <br />without limitation any liens for labor or materials provided for any repair, maintenance, <br />modification, alteration or construction of the Licensed Premises. <br />9.5 NO PROPERTY INTEREST. This instrument is not a lease, creates no landlord - <br />tenant relationship, and nothing in this Agreement will be deemed to create any property interest <br />other than as expressed in this Agreement. <br />9.6 GOVERNING LAW. The laws of the State of Minnesota will govern the validity <br />and interpretation of this Agreement. <br />9.7 NOTICES. Any notice which is required under this License will be deemed <br />"given" upon hand delivery or three (3) days after prepaid posting in the U. S.
