EXHIBIT A Legal Description of Butcher's Spur Parcel A: Butcher's Spur West (Reference Exhibit B-1) That part of the 100.00 foot Butcher's Spur right of way, being part of the Minnesota Transfer Railway Company, lying within the Northeast Quarter of Section 20, Township 30 North, Range 23 West, Ramsey County, Minnesota and that part of the Minnesota Transfer Railway Company main line right of way lying within the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 20 described as follows: Commencing at the East Quarter corner of said Section 20; thence on an assumed bearing of South 89 degrees 57 minutes 27 seconds West along the East-West Quarter line of said Section 20 a distance of 952.63 feet to the intersection with the northwesterly right of way line of Old Highway 8, formerly known as State Trunk Highway No. 8 as recorded in Doc.
