. Motion by Baker, second by O'Brien to CLOSE THE PUBLIC HEARING. <br />6 ayes, 0 nays. MOTION APPROVED. <br />O'Keefe stated that he would like to recommend the City revise it's statement regarding <br />redevelopment to consider the use of all tools available judicially if the proposed <br />redevelopment is judged to be benefit to the City, the property owners, and residents and <br />consistent to the Comprehensive Plan. <br />Zisla asked staff to suspend the meeting and provide a copy of the track changes that <br />were made to the Comprehensive Plan. <br />After reviewing the changes to the Comprehensive Plan Zisla replied that the concerns he <br />had with the changes were unwarranted, and the statement was changed to "actively <br />encourage private development" and does not restrict City participation. <br />Motion by O'Brien, Second by Zisla to RECOMMEND THE CITY COUNCIL APPROVE THE <br />ZOOS UPDATE TO THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN. <br />6 ayes, 0 nays.
