Report No. W-04 <br />City Manger Lotter reported there were questions raised at the previous council meeting that he would like <br />to address. A copy ofthe Purchasing Card Policy along with a Chart of Accounts was provided in the <br />council's packet. A complete overview of the entire process was explained. Councilmen1ber Burg stated <br />she appreciated the explanation provided. Councilmember Bauman questioned the reason so many <br />employees have a purchasing card, and what the eligibility requirements are. <br />
