<br />City of New Brighton <br />February 8, 1983 <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Council Business <br /> <br />Mr. Jim Thoren, applicant, was present to answer <br />questions. <br /> <br />Motion by Blomquist, seconded by Janecek to <br />waive the reading and adopt a RESOLUTION APPROV- <br />ING SUBDIVISION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON (generally north of 6th Street <br />S.W. and east of 10th Avenue S.W.), subject to the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That the applicant modify the existing <br />garage so that access is not across the <br />newly created eastern lot. <br /> <br />2.
