<br />Pursuant to requirements of Resolution NO. 64-43 a meeting of the
<br />Administrative Staff was held at 2:30 P.M., Wednesday, February 16, 1983
<br />in the Municipal Building, 803 5th AVenue N.W., New Brighton, Minnesota.
<br />

<br />Meeting was called to order by the Deputy Clerk, who announced that the
<br />purpose of the meeting was to receive, open and read aloud sea1sed bids
<br />for Iron Removal Facilities as advertised in the New Brighton Bulletin on
<br />January 20, 27 and Februry 3, 1983 and in the Construction Bulletin on
<br />January 21, 38 and February 4, 1983.
