New Brighton Community Survey Results The City of New Brighton conducted a survey in October, 2005 to meas- ure residents opinions about parks and recreation and city services. The survey was sent to 3,500 randomly selected households. 820 completed NEV surveys were received (23% response rate). The survey results are listed WBIK in black behind each question.
