RESOLUTION NO. <br />09-017 <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />APPROVING A 12 -MONTH EXTENSION OF A PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVED PER <br />07-120. <br />THE As, a request has been made by William John Harris to allow an extension of a Preliminary <br />Plal Oranted on November 27, 2007 that allows for the subdivision of 1239 12' Avenue NW in <br />a mp4nner that would create one additional lot for single family development, and <br />/HE I EAS, the procedural history of the application is as follows: <br />1. Fhe Planning Commission recommended approval of PL2007-005 on November 20, 2007 <br />abject to conditions. <br />2. 1 be City Council approved PL2007-005 on November 27, 2007, subject to conditions. <br />3. Fesolution 07-120 was adopted on November 27, 2007 outlining Findings of Fact and eight <br />nditions of approval. <br />4. a applicant filed a written request for an extension on February 24, 2009. <br />5. ghe City Council considered the extension request on March 10, 2009. <br />NOW HEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Preliminary Plat (PL2007-005) of DONALDSON <br />LAI E ESTATES is hereby extended an additional 12 months from the date of original approval <br />to vember 27, 2009, subject to the following condition: <br />1. 3ontinued compliance with Resolution 07-120. <br />this 10th day of March, 2009. <br />%Itz , aA&M <br />Stev Larson.
