Owner's Responsibility for Costs. <br />he owner is responsible for all costs associated with nuisance abatement and cleanup of the <br />andestine drug lab site or chemical dumpsite, including, but not limited to, costs for: <br />Emergency Response; <br />Posting and physical security of the site; <br />Notification of affected parties; <br />Expenses related to the recovery of costs, including the assessment process; <br />Laboratory Fees; <br />Cleanup services; <br />Administrative fees; and <br />Other associated costs. <br />,c. 17-78.
