Jacobson <br />CITY MANAGER'S APPROVAL: Y <br />No comments to supplement this report T:4 Comments attached <br />Recommendation: <br />Accept the monthly reports from Silver Lake Flats. <br />Legislative History: <br />09-088 <br />VI -7 <br />March 24, 2009 <br />Flats <br />On 26 August 2008, Council approved the provisional multiple dwelling license and mitigation <br />plan for Silver Lake Flats. <br />Financial Impact: <br />Silver Lake Flats has paid the appropriate fees to continue operating under a provisional multiple <br />dwelling license for an additional six-month period. <br />Explanation: <br />City Code Chapter 13-161 (subd. 5) requires that a provisional licensee shall "No later than the <br />tenth day after each calendar month, the licensee shall mail or deliver to the City a written report <br />describing all steps taken in furtherance of the mitigation plan during the preceding month." <br />Despite being over the allowable .5 provisional calls per unit threshold for the second -half of last <br />year, such incidents decreased by more than 50 percent between the third and fourth quarters of <br />2008.
