Jacobson, Director of Public Safety <br />CITY MANAGER'S APPROVAL: <br />No comments to supplement this report � Comments attached <br />Recommendation: <br />To issue a transient merchant license to TAP Enterprises, Inc. valid for one day, April 2, 2009. <br />Explanation: <br />TAP Enterprises, Inc. has applied for a transient merchant license to hold a one day tool sale at <br />the American Legion, 400 Old Highway 8 NW, on April 2, 2009 to sell tools and general <br />merchandise. <br />According to their web site, TAP Enterprises, Inc. is a retail tool sales organization that has been <br />in business since 1977. A large majority of their retail tool sales come from their "mobile tool <br />sale stores."
