<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />August 20, 1981 <br />City of New Brighton <br /> <br />Mr. Norman Palinkas, 709 lOth Street NW, questioned <br />whether the new sidewalk would be assessed. <br /> <br />The answer was no. <br /> <br />Mr. Palinkas further expressed dissatisfaction <br />with the removal of a tree on the boulevard in <br />front of his property. <br /> <br />Mr. Chet Burkheimer, 909 10th Street NW, questioned <br />whether he would be assessed for the improvement <br />to a side street (9A Street) . <br /> <br />The answer was no. <br /> <br />Mr. Gustafson, owning property at 704 lOth Street NW, <br />questioned whether he would be assessed for the <br />storm sewer. <br /> <br />The answer was no. <br /> <br />Mr. Gustafson further stated he did not feel curbing <br />benefited his property. <br /> <br />Vina Petree, 851 7th Avenue NW, questioned what <br />she was being assessed for. <br /> <br />The answer was for the storm sewer. <br /> <br />Mr. Al Logelin, 933 lIth Avenue NW, requested <br />information on the cost split on his property. <br /> <br />The Director of Public Works reviewed the policy. <br /> <br />Mr. Allen Close, 783 9th Avenue NW, complained <br />that during construction dust from the new <br />construction created problems within his home. <br /> <br />Kathryn Cook, 809 lOth Street NW, questioned <br />whether she would be assessed for 125 feet <br />of frontage for curbing. <br /> <br />The answer was yes. <br /> <br />She further expressed concern with the removal <br />of a tree on her property. <br /> <br />Mr. Philip Perron, 715 lOth Avenue NW, questioned <br />why he was being assessed for storm sewer. <br /> <br />The Director of Public Works answered that his <br />property was in the storm sewer drainage district. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
