That the City of New Brighton by piling excessive peat on <br />the property in question and further by not making appropriate curb cuts <br /> <br />notwithstanding the fact that they made appropriate utility stubs has <br /> <br />caused injury to the value of my property far in excess of any benefits <br />derived from the improvements. <br /> <br />9. That the routing of 1I9AlI Avenue in lieu of other seemingly <br /> <br />more direct routes has damaged the property far in excess of any improvements. <br /> <br />10. That the proposed assessments are excessive in comparison to <br /> <br />other development projects within the City of New Brighton and in the area in <br /> <br />general. <br /> <br />11. Such other basis as may be deemed just and equitable under the <br /> <br />1 av.J. <br /> <br />Based on the previously described objections.
