Neuse in <br />which Mr. Neuse also urged the Council to approve <br />the day care program. <br /> <br />The Mayor with consent of the Council directed <br />receipt and filing of the letter from Mr. Neuse. <br /> <br />Motion by Benke, seconded by Blomquist to approve <br />the continuation of the City's participation in the <br />Oasis Day Care program until June 15, 1982 and to <br />direct staff to report on future program options by <br />April l5, 1982. <br />5 ayes - 0 nayes - motion carried <br /> <br />Joan Archer, City Planner, reviewed the proposed <br />rezonings for Group I, Neighborhoods I, II and <br />III and the Planning Commission recommendation. <br /> <br />Comprehensive <br />Hezoning <br />Group I <br />Report No. 81-212 <br />HESOLUTION #2516 <br /> <br />There was no one present at the meeting who <br />spoke to the rezonings being considered by <br />the City Council. <br /> <br />No action was taken on the following generally <br />described properties: <br /> <br />l.
