/'

'"

I

Octobe:r 21, 1981

PETITION FOR STREET LIGHT

Due to recent vandalism (fire bombings, break-ins, window peekers,
and damaged mailboxes) we are requesting your assistance in petitioning
the New Brighton City Council to install a street light on the 1700
block of 17TH Avenue N. W. between 17TH Street and Long Lake Road.

It is the feeling of Bob Powell and other concerned home owners that
the area between 17TH Street and Long Lake Road is extremely dark and
a street light would be beneficial in crime prevention.

There will be no charge to home owners for the street light, as it is
part of the New Brighton city budget.

Thank you for your assistance.

I

(2 ," '/ /, n 73 Z '"1/ -, /'fl./,t.-C),
1 . ~~o-l~ / crz.-u-fc) I 3" L", .l,-J t:,{.A.lC I
",) .. .
