June 22. 1981 <br /> <br />Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No. 64-63 a meeting of the <br />Administrative Staff was held at 11:00 A.M., Monday, June 22, 1981 in <br />the Municipal Building, 803 5th AVenue N. W., New Brighton, Minnesota <br /> <br />PRESENT WERE: <br /> <br />Leslie J. Proper, Director of Public Works <br />Ted G.
