<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />City of New Brighton <br />April 14, 1981 <br /> <br />Motion by Janecek, seconded by Benke to <br />appoint Fritz Werdouschegg to the <br />Hazardous Waste Site Selection Committee. <br />5 ayes - 0 nayes - motion carried <br /> <br />Motion by Blomquist, seconded by Schmidt <br />to waive the reading and adopt a RESOLUTION <br />APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND <br />ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS ON CITY <br />PROJECTS NO. 79-10B AND 80-9. <br />5 ayes - 0 nayes - motion carried <br /> <br />Motion by Janecek, seconded by Blomquist to <br />approve deeding back the old storm sewer <br />easement to the lot owner. <br />5 ayes - 0 nayes - motion carried <br /> <br />Motion by Senden, seconded by Janecek to <br />find that the rezoning from R-l to R-2 <br />and a Planned Residential Development is <br />consistent with the Comprehensive Plan. <br />5 ayes - 0 nayes - motion carried <br /> <br />Motion by Benke, seconded by Blomquist to <br />initiate a rezoning from R-l Single Family <br />Residential to R-2 Two Family Residential <br />on property located generally west of <br />Silver Lake Road and north of Minnesota <br />Federal. <br />5 ayes - 0 nayes - motion carried <br /> <br />Motion by Blomquist, seconded by Benke to <br />indicate a favorable review of the <br />columbia Heights Comprehensive plan <br />based on the following: <br /> <br />1. That the Plan is generally consistent <br />with the New Brighton Comprehensive Plan; and <br />2.
