The following citizens expressed concerns: No Right-Hand Turn Signs-Palmer Dr. at Brighton Village Shopping Center Report No. 81-64 RESOLUTION #2448 ~ ',) Mr. Arlyn Gunderman, 1203 Highview Drive; Dr. Charles Buscher, 1904 13th Street NW: Mr. Charles Allen, 1373 pike Lake Drive: Mr. Gordon Hedlund, 1255 Pike Lake Drive. I Those expressing concern and opposition to the removal of the "No Right-Hand Turn" signs on Palmer Drive stated they felt the sign was necessary and effective, that the sign was part of an agreement made at the time of the shopping center construction, and suggested that the Council consider a driveway connection between the Crossroads elderly housing project and the shopping center. Those speaking also suggested that the Council consider the installation of a "No Parking" sign on the north side of 13th Street NW adjacent to Pike Lake Elementary School. Motion by Blomquist, seconded by Benke to defer action on the removal of the "No Right-Hand Turn" sign on Palmer Drive and to direct staff to investigate and report to the Council on the following items: 1. A driveway connection between the Crossroad's project and the Brighton Village Shopping Center: 2. The enforceability of the current "No Right-Hand Turn" sign: 3.
