Violations. <br /> <br />Any person, (mo, or corporation violating any of the provisions of this Article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and each such <br />person shall be guilty of a separate offense for each and cvery day or portion thereof during which any violation of any of the <br />provisions of this Article is committed or continued to be permitted. Perfonnance Bond Required. <br /> <br />In a case where screening. landscaping or other improvement to property arc required by this Code or by the plans approved <br />for a building structure or alterations and additions to bUIldings or structures or other use of premises, a performance bond shall be <br />required as a condition precedent to the issuance of the building or other permit. Construction .of Multiple-Family Dwellings. <br /> <br />Prior' to the issuance of a building permit the applicant for such permit shall file a grading and drainage plan which shall be <br />designed and certified by a registered engineer or registered surveyor. The plan must clearly.indicate the elevations of proposed <br />buildings. including garages, driveways and streets and the proposed drainage oil the lot or parcel, its effect on adjacent properties <br />and shall clearly indicate the place of (mal disposal of storm waters. <br />(Code., 1958135.31; Added by Ord. Construction or Modification of Parking Areas. <br /> <br />In addition to any other permits required, a separate building permit must be obtained before any person can construct, <br />enlarge. improve., in any way rcsurface; or change the dimensions of a parking area., except for a single-family detached and two- <br />family residence. Before obtaining such a permit, the applicant shaD submit a plan and two copies to the issuing authority. No. 73-69, 1()"'1-73) <br /> <br />~ 15.14. Construction and Maintenance of Radio and Television Antennae and Supporting Towers. <br /> <br />I - (a) Difinitiom. The following words and terms, when used in this Section, shall have the following meanings unlcss the <br />context clearly indicates otherwise: <br />Antenna-that portion of any equipment located on the exterior or outside of any structure, used for transmitting or <br />receiving radio television waves. <br />Tower-any pole, spire, or structure, or combination thereofto which an antenna is attached and an supporting lines, cables, <br />wires, braces, and masts. <br /> <br />(b) Permits. <br />(1) It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to erect, construct in place., place or re-erect., repla~ or <br />repair any tower in any residential district without first making application to the Building and Impection Division and securing a <br />permit therefor as hereinafter provided. <br /> <br />271 <br />
