Application Procedures <br /> <br />Application fee will be $6,000 (non-refundable). <br />Award fee will recover all costs of attorney's fees, <br />consultant's fees and administration. <br />Applicants will have 90 days from the date the Request <br />for Proposals (RFP) is issued in which to submit proposals. <br />Each city will receive 5 copies of each ap~~ation <br />(except for Lauderdale which will receive . The <br />Commission's attorney will receive one and the consultant <br />will receive four. <br />The Commission will evaluate the proposals on behalf of <br />the councils. <br />Each applicant will be given the opportunity to make <br />formal presentations in support of its proposal to the <br />city councils and Commission. <br />The Commission will recommend one applicant and direct <br />its attorneys to incorporate the salient features of <br />that applicant's proposal into the preliminary ordinance. <br />The Commission will forward the recommended applicant's <br />name and ordinance to the councils for action. <br />8. Applicants may not change their original proposals. <br />This does not restrict the cities from making clarifica- <br />tions in its ordinance. <br />9. Applicants must base their financial pro formas on the <br />uniform date provide~ by the cities. , <br />10. Requests for clarification of application forms or rules <br />must be made in writing. The answer will be distributed <br />to all applicants. No other clarifications are binding <br />on the cities. <br />11.
