That grading and drainage plans are approved <br />by the Rice Creek Watershed District and <br />City Engineer; <br />2. That at least three (3) evergreen trees with <br />a height of 2~ to 3 feet be planted in the <br />front yard; <br />3. That there be no outside storage of equipment I <br />parts, debris or wood other than in the designated <br />storage area; <br />4. That all vehicles on the site be operablel currently <br />licensed and parked in designated parking areas; and <br />5.
