Motion by Benke, seconded by Janecek to amend the motion by deleting the first two (2) paragraphs beginning with "WHEREAS" and to add a #4 under the "BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED" to read as follows: 4. That the City Manager shall be responsible for continual monitoring of these situations that do exist to insure that there are no violations or problems created.
