<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />City of NEw Brighton <br />March 101 1981 <br /> <br />completion of the condemnation proceedings <br />for Parcel #19 in Project #79-10. <br />5 ayes - 0 nayes - motion carried <br /> <br />Motion by Benkel seconded by Schmidt to <br />authorize the expenditure of up to <br />$111000 for maintenance work on <br />City Well #4. <br />5 ayes - 0 nayes - motion carried <br /> <br />Motion by Blomquistl seconded by Schmidt <br />to approve the Job Description/Task Statement <br />for the Liquor Department Sales Clerk and <br />to set the salary range for the full-time <br />clerk at $4.00 - $6.00 per hour. <br />5 ayes - 0 nayes - motion carried <br /> <br />Motion by Schmidt I seconded by Blomquist <br />to waive the reading and adopt a RESOLUTION <br />PROHIBITING PERMANENT EMPLOYMENT OF IMMEDIATE <br />FAMILY (as defined in Chapter 21, Sec. 21-4 <br />in the New Brighton City Code) WITHIN THE <br />SAME DEPARTMENT. <br /> <br />Motion by Benke, seconded by Janecek to <br />amend the motion by deleting the first two (2) <br />paragraphs beginning with "WHEREAS" and to <br />add a #4 under the "BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED" <br />to read as follows: <br /> <br />4.
