<br />I <br /> <br />Motion by Blomquist, seconded by Schmidt to increase <br />the projected cost of the Public Safety Building from <br />$425,000 to $500,000. <br />5 ayes - 0 nayes - motion carried <br /> <br />Motion by Senden, seconded by Blomquist to add an item- <br />New Liquor Store (downtown) for 1981 at a projected cost <br />of $700,000. <br />5 ayes - 0 nayes - motion carried <br /> <br />Motion by Senden, seconded by Schmidt to remove the <br />acquisition of the Perron property for park purposes <br />as we now have acquired said property. <br />5 ayes - 0 nayes - motion carried <br /> <br />Motion by Senden, seconded by Schmidt to shift the <br />proposed progranwing of the Groundmaster in an amount <br />of $7,500 from 1981 to 1982 and the tank truck in <br />an amount of $15,000 to 1983 and the ice broom in an <br />amount of $35,000 from 1982 to 1983. <br />5 ayes - 0 nayes - motion carried <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Motion by Benke, seconded by Blomquist to continue <br />public hearing on the 1981-l986 Capital Improvements <br />and Equipment Program and the Federal Revenue Sharing <br />Funds to a date to be determined by the completion of <br />the final draft Capital Improvement Program including <br />financial projections. <br />5 ayes- 0 nayes - motion carried <br /> <br />Motion by Blomquist, seconded by Benke to fund the <br />reductions in per capita state aid ($55,561) and <br />the budget increase ($756) by increasing the tax <br />levy instead of using General Fund reserves. <br />4 ayes - 1 nay (Senden) - motion carried <br /> <br />Motion by Benke, seconded by Janecek to direct staff <br />to prepare a resolution increasing sewer rates by <br />$2.00 per quarter per REC for Council consideration. <br />5 ayes - 0 naycs - motion carried <br /> <br />Motion by Schmidt, seconded by Blomquist to adjourn <br />at 11:30 p.m. <br />5 ayes - 0 nayes - motion carried <br /> <br />APPROVED: <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />James W.
