<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />City of New Brighton <br />November 25, 1980 <br /> <br />Motion by Schmidt, seconded by Benke to <br />close the hearing. <br />4 ayes - 0 nayes - motion carried <br /> <br />Motion by Schmidt, seconded by Benke to waive <br />the reading and adopt a RESOLUTION MAKING <br />FINDINGS OF FACT AND DENYING APPLICATION FOR <br />SPECIAL USE PERMIT, SP-90. <br />3 ayes - 1 naye (Janecek) - motion carried <br /> <br />Council Business <br />Motion by Janecek, seconded by Benke to <br />find the proposed minor subdivision consistent <br />with the Comprehensive Plan contingent on the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />1) That such application when filed should <br />contain all necessary data required by <br />City Codes including but not limited <br />to the Subdivision Ordinance, Zoning <br />Code and Flood Plain Management Ordinance. <br />2) That the application for minor subdivision <br />outline a buildable site on the property <br />and propose uses for such a si te that are <br />consistent with the standards outlined in <br />the Comprehensive Plan pertaining to <br />restrictive industrial uses; and <br />3) That at the time the applicant files for <br />the minor subdivision that the application <br />for subdivision is reviewed and approved <br />by the Rice Creek Watershed District. <br />4 ayes - 0 nayes - motion carried <br /> <br />Motion by Schmidt, seconded by Benke to <br />authorize the Mayor and Manager to enter <br />into a contract with B.T.W.
