Licenses: Gateway Hardware Hank Packaged Food <br />5 ayes - 0 nayes - motion carried <br /> <br />Public Hearings <br />Mr. John Risdall and Mr. Dennis Kelly, <br />Cable Communications Citizen Advisory <br />Board members, were present to answer <br />questions. <br /> <br />Mr. Risdall, in answer to a question, <br />projected the earliest possible construction <br />for said system would appear to be in 1982. <br /> <br />Motion by Janecek, seconded by Benke to <br />close the hearing. <br />5 ayes - 0 nayes - motion carried <br /> <br />Motion by Benke, seconded by Janecek to waive <br />the reading and adopt the RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING <br />THE NEW BRIGHTON CABLE COMMUNICATIONS CITIZEN <br />ADVISORY COMMITTEE TO PROCEED WITH THE FRANCHISING <br />PROCESS. <br />5 ayes - 0 nayes' - motion carried <br /> <br />Hayor Senden commended the Cable Communications <br />Citizen Advisory Committee for the prompt and <br />efficient work done to date. <br /> <br />Mr. Tom Boudreau, 660 23rd Avenue NW, applicant, <br />presented a petition signed by neighbors <br />indicating support for the special use permit. <br /> <br />The Mayor directed receipt of the petition <br />and read the petition for the Council. <br /> <br />Mrs. Joanne Smith, a neighbor to the applicant, <br />stated that she and her husband were in favor <br />of the proposal. <br /> <br />The applicant requested that the public hearing <br />on SP-90 be continued to Augustl2, 1980 in <br />order that the Planning Commission may have <br />time to develop an ordinance regarding radio <br />towers. <br /> <br />Motion by Blomquist, seconded by Schmidt to <br />continue the public hearing on SP-90 to August <br />l2, 1980 at 7:35 PM. <br />5 ayes - 0 nayes - motion carried <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br />Cable Communications <br />7:36-7:44 <br />RESOLUTION NO. .2332 <br /> <br />SP-90, Boudreau <br />7:45-8:l8 <br />Report No. 80-90 <br />
