That final grading and drainage plans be approved by <br />the Rice Creek Watershed District and city Engineer; <br />2. That the plans be revised to depict the following: <br />A. 80 parking spaces including two (2) handicap spaces, <br />B. Removal of the southern-most parking space, <br />C. Removal of proposed shed, and <br />D. Removal of outside storage areas and materials. <br />3. The approval and conformance with non-conforming use <br />permit NC-47; <br />4.
