September 5, 1980 Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No. 64-63 a meeting of the Administrative Staff waS held at 11:00 A.M. Friday, September 5, 1980 in the Municipal Building, 803 5th Ave. N. Proper, Director of Public Works Phyllis Staples, Deputy Clerk Meeting was called to order by the City Clerk, who announced purpose of the meeting was to receive, open and read aloud sealed bids for S.A.P. 147-110-04 S.A.P. 147-111-02, Project #79-l0B as advertised in the New Brighton Bulletin August 14, 21 and 28, 1980 and in the Construction Bulletin August 15, 22 and 29, 1980.
