<br />installation of stop signs at two intersections in New
<br />Brighton.

<br />There have been several accidents and personal injuries
<br />because of poor visibility and' confusion of right of way
<br />at the intersection of 16th Street and 17th Avenue N.W.
<br />Also of concern is the intersection of 17th street and
<br />17th Avenue N .\/. whe:ce a lHfll L,J.-cursection causes confusion
<br />of right of way.
