I

I

I

_!:o-'

BELAIR

CONTRACTORS
443. 8th Avenue N. W., New Brighton, MN. 55112

January 21, 1980

~Ir. James Winkles
City of New Brighton
City Hall
New Brighton, Minnesota 55112

Dear Jim:

Allow this letter to express our interest in the plot of
land where Waldoch's Bar & Grill has been located. Belair
has been in contaot with John Skowronski in an effort to
relocate the Wig & Bottle Restaurant, formerly located at
University and Lowry Avenues in Northeast Minneapolis.
Most recently we have presented proposals and data to
Thomas Gallot of Eddie Webster's, Ine., ourrently operating
Eddie Webster's Restaurant at Highway #494, Minneapolis, and
Sweet Caroline's at Highway #12, Minneapolis.

In the eTent neither of the aboTe produces results, Belair
has alternate firms to which we can present the New Brighton
restaurant and lounge concept. We oertainly believe this
type of establishment with the possibility of banquet
facilities is badly needed in the area and would be most
successful.

Sincerely, / I /7
It< tk.A.A.4 tCI(AA~-

r~rk D.
