<br />RESOLUTION NO 05-075 <br /> <br />City of New Brighton <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br /> <br />solution Adopting the Proposed Maximum Tax Levies for Taxes Payable in 2006 for <br />icentennial Pond and Lake Diane Storm Sewer Improvement Districts <br /> <br />ereas, stormwater improvements to Bicentennial Pond were approved in 2002, and <br /> <br />ereas, the Bicentennial Pond Storm Sewer Improvement District has been established, <br />nsisting of the fourteen properties surrounding Bicentennial Pond, and <br /> <br />ereas, the improvements are to be paid from Storm Sewer Improvement District tax <br />ies (75%) and Stormwater Fund contributions (25%), and <br /> <br />ereas, the proposed maximum 2006 Bicentennial Pond Storm Sewer Improvement <br />'strict tax levy is $3,303, and <br /> <br />ereas, the Stormwater Fund will transfer $2,201 to this stormwater improvement project <br />er four years, and <br /> <br />ereas, there are ongoing lake restoration improvements to Lake Diane, and <br /> <br />ereas, the Lake Diane Storm Sewer Improvement District was established in 1984, <br />nsisting of the 24 properties on Lake Diane, and <br /> <br />ereas, the improvements are to be paid from Storm Sewer Improvement District tax <br />vies (75%) and Stormwater Fund contributions (25%), and <br /> <br />ereas, the proposed maximum 2006 Lake Diane Storm Sewer Improvement District tax <br />vy will include an additional $10,000 for work to be determined later this fall. <br /> <br />ow Therefore Be It Resolved, that: <br /> <br />The proposed maximum Bicentennial Pond Storm Sewer Improvement District tax levy <br />r taxes payable in 2006 shall be $3,303. <br /> <br />The proposed maximum Lake Diane Storm Sewer Improvement District tax levy for <br />es payable in 2006 shall be $10,000. <br /> <br />I:ICOUN IRESOLUTIONS120051FinancelSlormSewerlmpProposed2006MaxT axLeviesRes.doc <br />
