The adequacy of parking, including the parking under the medical building and the agreement <br />providing shared parking between the Bank property and the Champp' s restaurant/medical <br />clinic site, shall be reviewed and approved by the City Attomey and staff to ensure both <br />adequate supply of parking and its permanent availability. <br /> <br />20. Adequate safe-guards shall be put in place to ensure that entrance doors, and windows will be <br />provided on both the street frontages and parking lot frontages of the retail and medical <br />building. The proposed safe-guards will be reviewed and approved by staff. <br /> <br />21. Separate enclosed facilities for refuse and recyclable materials shall be provided at each <br />building. <br /> <br />22. Adequate pedestrian access shall be provided between the Thomdale Apartments property and <br />the Brighton Village development. fu particular safe and relatively direct pedestrian access <br />shall be provided to the Drugstore building. <br /> <br />23. Execution ofa subdivision easement satisfactory to the City Council to assure construction of <br />public infrastructure. <br /> <br />24. The Applicant will provide cross access and parking agreements in a form approved by the City <br />Attorney. <br /> <br />25.
