I Hansen Park - Grading and Drainage - Project 79-14 OPENING OF BIDS 10:00 A.M. September 24, 1979 Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No. 64-63 a meeting of the Administrative Staff was held at 10:00 A.M., Monday, September 24, 1979 in the Municipal Building, 803 5th Avenue N. W., New Brighton, Minnesota. PRESENT WERE: Vernon C. Pederson, City Clerk Maurice H. Anderson, Director of Parks and Recreation Phyllis Staples, Deputy Clerk Meeting was called to order by the City Clerk, who announced purpose of the meeting was to receive, open and read aloud sealed bids for Hansen Park Grading and Drainage - Project 79-14 as advertised in the New Brighton Bulletin, September 13, 1979 and in the Construction Bulletin September 14, 1979.
