<br />City of New Brighton <br />December 11, 1979 <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Council Business <br />Motion by Werdouschegg, seconded by Blomquist <br />to take no action due to the fact the petitioner <br />requested withdrawal of the request. <br />S ayes - 0 nayes - motion carried <br /> <br />Motion by Senden, seconded by Blomquist to <br />direct staff to study and report regarding <br />stop sign warrants and the impact of stop <br />si<Jns within the City and to include input <br />from the State Highway Department. <br />S ayes - 0 nayes - motion carried <br /> <br />Motion by Blomquist, seconded by Janecek <br />to waive the reading and hold the first <br />reading of an ordinance entitled ORDINANCE <br />AMENDING SECTION l3-l56 OF THE CITY CODE <br />RELA'I'ING TO REGISTRATION FEES FOR MULTIPLE <br />DWELLINGS. <br />5 ayes - 0 nayes - motion carried <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Motion by Senden, seconded by Werdouschegg <br />to table consideration of the Suburban <br />Police Recruitment System to December 26, 1979. <br />5 ayes - 0 nayes - motion carried <br /> <br />Richard Ernst and Tom Brickner, applicants, <br />were present. <br /> <br />Motion by Blomq~ist, seconded by Janecek <br />to approve final plat for Park Place subject <br />to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That the applicants provide good and clear <br />title to the proposed park in a form acceptable <br />to the City Attorney. <br /> <br />2.
