<br />..... 1j".~ ..~ <br /> <br />". <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02-046 <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RILEY, DETTMANN, AND KELSEY TO <br />C(j)NDUCT A COMPENSATION AND JOB EVALUATION STUDY. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City has not reviewed or modified the compensation system since 1984; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City is out of compliance with the State of Minnesota Pay Equity <br />requirements; and <br /> <br />W}lEREAS, the City has identified a need to review the existing compensation and job <br />ev~luation systems; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City received proposals from five companies to conduct a compensation <br />and job evaluation study; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Riley, Dettmann, and Kelsey is the recommended company to conduct the <br />study. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of New <br />Brighton that the services of Riley, Dettmann, and Kelsey be obtained to conduct a <br />compensation andjob evaluation study for the amount of$l 7,900-21 ,500. <br /> <br />A<iopted this 14th day of May, 2002. <br /> <br />oktt'~I\~m <br /> <br />Steve Larson, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~. <br />Matt ew Fu ton, City Manager <br /> <br />./Jq"':lt,-r:2/?'// >'';:~a~: ,[(..;L <br />Daniel A.
