If you are interested in quoting prices lease return by fax to: 651-638-2174 or by mail to: Dave <br />Olson, Superintendent of Public Works, 700 5 St NW, New Brighton MN 55112, <br />Quotations are to be completed and returned by Friday, May 1, 2009 at 1:00 pm. All prices to remain the <br />same for one year from date of acceptance of quote. <br />Televising of sanitary sewers: $0.45 per foot <br />The anticipated amount of televising will be approximately 100,000 feet of pipe - mainly 8" VCP, but <br />including some 10", 12", 15", 21", and 24" pipes. <br />Televising Requirements- <br />The <br />ue uirements-The contractor shall perform a closed circuit digital video (CCTV) inspection of the sanitary sewers <br />designated using a pan and tilt color camera. The contractor shall provide colored digital video of all footage <br />televised, a written report, and a data file containing all video, print reports, and still photos on an external <br />hard drive. All CCTV inspections shall be completed in accordance with NASSCO's Pipeline Assessment <br />Certification Program (PAC?). A current PACP certification of all CCTV operators will be required for all <br />CCTV work. The CCTV software used on this project shall be NASSCO-PACP certified and an unmodified <br />PACP database with associated video files provided at the end of the project for upload into the City's GIS <br />system.
