O fBRUAM the city that works For you Audio: Date and time of digital video inspection, operator name and name of adjacent street Verbal confirmation of upstream and downstream manhole numbers and camera direction in relation to flow Verbal or electronic description of pipe size, type, and pipe joint length A narrative description of the observable situation encountered as the camera travels through the sewer, including estimated inflow rates, clock position, joint problems and major cracks Written Report: Date, time, city, street, survey direction, pipe ID and name of operator Start Manhole and end Manhole Location and description of each point of leakage Location and type of each service connection. List active or abandoned and estimated current flow Location of any damaged sections, nature of damage, and location with respect to clock position Deflection in alignment of grade of pipe Pipe diameter, pipe material, section length, direction of viewing List a change in pipe — describe the material Abandoned survey — list cause, e.g. roots, blockage, sag, grease, etc. Measure length of line if abandoned. Type of surface, e.g. aggregate, concrete, bituminous, turf, etc. Furnish a list of incomplete lines Speed of the camera through the pipe shall not exceed the speed sufficient to permit visual analysis of infiltration, structural damage, line potential and grade problems. Viewing software must have fast forward, drag bar, and allow viewer to click ahead to an event on the report. Televising work is to be completed by November 30, 2009.
