I I <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />AN AMENDMENT TO THE CITY CODE RELATED TO <br />NUISANCE GRASS AND WEEDS HEIGHT <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON ORDAINS that the New <br />Brighton Code of Ordinances is amended by amending City Code Section 17-60.1 (1) as <br />follows. <br />Section 17-60.1 Definition. <br />The term "weeds" shall be defined as: <br />(1) Any tall weeds or grass growing upon a lot or parcel of land to a height greater than eight <br />twelve -inches. <br />(2) Such other vegetation as the City Council shall designate by resolution from time to time.
