Step 2. <br />(D)The A licant shall a a se arate fee for the Step 2 review rocess. <br />(E)The Applicant shall provide additional background information on the project, which <br />at a minimum must include a_project sources and uses statement, a cash flow <br />statement and other information deemed appropriate by the City. <br />(F) The Applicant shall provide a description of the project goals, such as the scope of <br />Development, number of 'obs created and/or housing units to be built-, and the <br />proposed development schedule. <br />(G)'Fhe Applicant shall provide a list of the proiect team members including the principal <br />developer, partners architects engineers, attorneys and other professionals. This <br />should also includea summpa of their experiences on development projects. <br />(II)The Applicant shall provide a description of at least three (3) previous projects that <br />have been completed by the Applicant or are in process at the time of application. <br />(I) Other information as deemed appLopriate by the City. <br />(J) All Step 2 ao lications shall be referred to the Economic Development Commission <br />for review and recommendation, prior to consideration by the City Council. <br />(4) If the Cid Council gp roves the Sten 2 application, City Council may authorize the <br />preparation of a tcrm sheet and/or contract for private redevelopment. The Applicant <br />shall make a cash deposit to the Ci _ for payment of professional services required by the <br />Ci1y, i*ludingpreparation of legal aureements public notices; tax increment financier <br />plans; document recordings and other costs incurred by the City. <br />(S) In the event an Applicant does not proceed with a project, the City shall refund <br />monies held in the escrow account, but onl�.after deducting sufficient funds to pay <br />outstanding bills for professional services. All Step 1 and 2 application fees are non - <br />by the Ci!y Council. <br />Sec. 2-183. TYnes of Assistance <br />The City tnay,provide municipal development financial assistance as authorized under <br />Minnesota law. The City Council may adopt a separate policy with regard to the criteria for <br />selecting projects and determining the level of financial assistance. <br />Sec. 2-184-2-189.
