RESOLUTION NO. <br />09-0 <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON'S EARLY RETIREMENT <br />INCENTIVE PROGRAM <br />WHEREAS, the City of New Brighton would like to offer a voluntary Early Retirement <br />Incentive Program to its employees until July 17, 2009; and <br />WHEREAS, City staff has developed the criteria and guidelines for participation in the Early <br />Retirement Incentive Program, which would be available to all full-time employees with ten (10) <br />or more years of service with the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager approves of the proposed Program and now wishes to obtain City <br />Council approval. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NEW BRIGHTON, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The City Council has reviewed and approves the proposed Early Retirement <br />Incentive Program for all eligible City of New Brighton employees. <br />2.
