Context <br />The scope of the project is limited to a roof management program developed <br />for the buildings (list attached), including repair administration. <br />2. Problem or Needs <br />No current roof management program exists. <br /> 3. Scope of Roof Management Program <br /> a. Our roof management survey consists of a visual examination of each <br /> roof area, inspection of the building interiors with regard to leak <br /> locations, and identification of maintenance needs.
