May 6, 2009 <br />INSPEC <br />Mr. Grant Wyffels <br />City of New Brighton <br />Smart engineering of 803 Old Highway 8 NW <br />New Brighton, MN 55112 <br />roofs, walls, pavements <br />RE: Revised Proposal for Engineering Services for <br />and waterproofing 2009 Roof Management Program <br />Dear Mr. Wyffels: <br />As a follow up to our recent meeting with you regarding the above-referenced <br />project, we are pleased to provide this revised proposal for the services to establish <br />and conduct a new roof management program for the City of New Brighton. <br />A. DEFINITIONS <br />1. Inspec: INSPEC, INC. <br />2. Client: City of New Brighton <br />B. PROJECT INFORMATION <br />1. Context <br />The scope of the project is limited to a roof management program developed <br />for the buildings (list attached), including repair administration. <br />2. Problem or Needs <br />No current roof management program exists. <br /> 3. Scope of Roof Management Program <br /> a. Our roof management survey consists of a visual examination of each <br /> roof area, inspection of the building interiors with regard to leak <br /> locations, and identification of maintenance needs.
