The Public Works department has reviewed the request and <br />feels the request is acceptable. <br />The Minor Subdivision request would create two legal descriptions of the vacated corridor. The applicant <br />would deed a section to the School District, who is currently using the property for ball field seating and a <br />fence. It was noted that the applicants were advised to legally combine these parcels with their adjacent land <br />following recording of the vacation and minor subdivision. <br />Motion by Councilmember Buri seconded by Councilmember Bauman to open the Public Hearing, <br />4 Ayes, 0 Nays - Motion Carried <br />Mayor Larson opened the Public Hearing at 6:36 pm. <br />The applicant, Paul Zisla 194613' Street NW, expressed his appreciation for.
