<br />4. On February 26, 2002, the City Council approved are-platting of the nine parcels into one <br />lot of record. <br /> <br />5. The Comperhensive Plan Map shall be amended to show the future land use for the entire <br />site to be Public & Quasi-Public (PQ-P) <br /> <br />6. The City Council finds that requirements were met to approve changing the Future Land <br />Use Map and such changes are not in conflict with the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />7. The applicant has filed a "Information Summary for Comprehensive Plan Revisions and <br />Plan Amendments" with the Metropolitan Council. <br /> <br />· : BE IT FllRTHER RESOLVED, that based upon the above findings of fact the application to Amend the City <br />of New Brighton Comprehensive Plan is hereby recommended for approval subject to the following <br />condition: <br /> <br />1.
